RLC-1212A is only fully compatible with Reolink NVRs of N7MB01/ N6MB01 / N5MB01 hardware versions. If connected to NVRs other than these versions, you need to upgrade these NVR's firmware to the latest version then set the resolution of the mainstream to 8MP for normal preview.
